The genuinely ignorant are not only inclined to show themselves. Sometimes they advertise it. Take this so-called place of worship in Illinois. They’ve decided to give up something for Lent. Whiteness.
For Lent this year, First United is doing a mix of “giving something up” and “taking something on.” In our worship services throughout Lent, we will not be using any music or liturgy written or composed by white people. Our music will be drawn from the African American spirituals tradition, from South African freedom songs, from Native American traditions, and many, many more.
You know you can’t give that up.
And as for trying, I’ll quote the scripture and verse of the New Hampshire Democrat party (after RINO governor Chris Sununu hands them a win) “That’s not good enough.”
The only acceptable sacrifice is to shut the hell up, get out of the way, and let a real Demoncrat do the work.
And while belief in Christ teaches that forgiveness or redemption is possible for the truly repentant, in “Theory,” there is no forgiveness. The original sin of being born white cannot be absolved. You will live and die, and nothing you do or say can forgive something over which you had no control.
So these ideologically stone-washed dolts at the “First United Church” of Oak Park, Illinois, are your classic useful idiots. Mules for the revolution. These carriers of a communist disease of division (no irony there) are spreading that word to anyone who will listen or (more likely) is too afraid to contradict.
So a faith system based on revelation and sacrifice (a church) advocates a worldview where forgiveness is impossible and damnation inevitable.
Just a heads up. The Marxism upon which Theory is based and to which it aspires is like that too. And no, your tribute will not be enough to get you a seat at their ‘grownups’ table. There is no enough. You’ll be fighting for scraps with the rest of the dogs.
But look on the bright side. For every Lent after, not that they’ll allow you to celebrate it, you won’t have much left to give up. They will already have stolen (continued)
